Frequently Asked Questions

  • My mixing service includes balancing levels, EQ, compression, reverb/delay effects, stereo imaging, automation, and creative enhancement of your track to give it a polished, release-ready sound. Vocal tuning and light audio editing can be included if needed.

  • Please send the following:

    • Individual audio stems (preferably WAV or AIFF format, 44.1kHz or higher)

    • A rough mix (if available)

    • A description of your project and artistic vision

    • A reference track (optional but helpful)

    • Your desired deadline

    • Any creative notes, vocal effects ideas, or arrangement preferences

  • I recommend WeTransfer or Dropbox for files under 2Gb.

  • Export each track dry (no effects unless they're part of the sound), from the same start point. Label each track clearly (e.g., "Kick", "LeadVox", "Guitar_L", etc.). Please consolidate any edits or comping before exporting. Create a zipped folder and send me your files using We Transfer.

  • Yes! I typically include 3 rounds of revisions. Your satisfaction is important, and I want to make sure you’re happy with the final result.

  • I’m available via email, and we can set up a call or Zoom if needed.

  • A 50% deposit is due before I start mixing, and the remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final mix. I accept payments via

  • Yes! You retain 100% of the rights to your music. I don’t claim any ownership or publishing unless discussed otherwise for a collaborative release.

  • While I specialize in mixing, I also offer mastering or can refer you to a trusted mastering engineer if you prefer a separate set of ears for the final polish.

  • Turnaround time is usually 3–7 days depending on the project size and my schedule. Let me know your deadline in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
